DSG volunteer by handing out 300 bags to homeless in London

Over the weekend our Social Value Manager Kate Marsh and Social Value Assistant Georgia Holden Clarke volunteered by handing out over 300 bags of food, toiletries and clothes to people experiencing homelessness in London alongside Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture volunteers. A massive well done to everyone involved, everyone working together has made a great difference to those in need.

Danny Sullivan Group support Christmas food bank

Danny Sullivan Group South West Office were asked by Balfour Beatty plc to support the Christmas Food bank based in Weston Super Mare and we were happy to support by sending a list of items urgently needed for Christmas. This food bank helps individuals and families in Weston-Super-Mare who are struggling financially. The overall support was wonderful to see, well done to Steve Turner, Jane Turner and all involved!

DSG office manager supports families in need by doing a sleepout

Last Friday, DSG office manager Holly Marritt, who works on the TRU West Alliance, supported the Homeless, Rough Sleepers and families in need by doing a sleepout and bringing food and clothing, to help raise money for vital supplies for the coming winter months alongside MHG Manchester Homeless Group

DSG employees win observation of the month on HS2 Project

3 for 3 October! A huge congratulations to DSG employees Marian, Blake and Kulvir, all of whom won observation of the month on Area West of the HS2 Project. All 3 have worked for a number of years across a number of projects such as the A14 IDT and M4 SMP Projects.

A huge well done and thank you to Marian, Blake and Kulvir for their proactive attitudes towards safety. We are very proud to have you as part of the DSG Team!

Danny Sullivan monthly safety observation award on SCS

Bernard contributed to a number of high quality safety observations during the month of October and his passion towards safety has been really welcomed by everyone on site. Well done Bernard!

Danny Sullivan Group achieve Costain Blue standard on HS2

We are delighted to announce that as a result of exceptional performance over two consecutive quarters Danny Sullivan Group achieved Costain Blue standard performance on HS2 SCS West and Central section. Well done to everyone on the hard work and teamwork, we are very proud!

DSG climb Mount Snowdon in aid of National Brain Appeal

#TeamDSG took on Mount Snowden to raise funds for The National Brain Appeal, It took togetherness, unity and determination to hike such a distance!

The National Brain Appeal is an amazing charity that has touched the hearts of everyone at Danny Sullivan Group, as they supported friends and family in 2017, when our Chairperson Danny Sullivan fell ill.

A huge well done to everyone involved, such an achievement!

Danny Sullivan Group employees on HS2 West complete NVQs

Well done to Marian Rzmuves, Nirvair Singh, Yonas Daniel, Yavinder Singh, Ravinder Singh, Binyam Tuemzgi, Simon Amdom and Mulugetu Hailu, who are all long term DSG employees working on HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd West Section, for recently completing their NVQs.

Danny Sullivan Group talk on Equality, Diversity, Inclusion

Our Labour Manager Fergal Maunsell and Social Value Assistant Georgia Holden Clarke Clarke attended the Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture HS2 West Section Copthall site to deliver a talk on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion as part of National Inclusion Week. It was a very engaging talk on how everyone should treat each other as equals and was enjoyed by all that attended. #NationalInclusionWeek #DannySullivanGroup

MD and HSW Manager attend BBV Stakeholders session

Our Managing Director Tim O Sullivan and HSW Manager Ruairí Coffey were delighted to attend the Balfour Beatty VINCI HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd Love Our Stakeholders session in Coleshill yesterday. Joined by a number of our Supply Chain Partners, the session centred around sharing ideas and opportunities around EDI, SEE, the environment and Community Investment. To kick off National Inclusion Week, all attendees shared their pledges! A big thanks to BBV and everyone in attendance for a great session!
